Perhaps they were confused? If you're fighting Kulkulkan and you press away from him long enough after he goes into gaze-terror mode, you can turn around. It's like it the terror doesn't overwrite itself and it's only applied every so often. Kind of like running into and out of an Aura.

Um, I got it to work on Gukumatz and the trash peiste AFTER reading about it here. I'll prolly try it again next time I do some Sobeks.

I think it's checked every tick or maybe twice a tic, if peistes have gaze on you can spin around and back and get an attack round in without being petrified.

There's a 15 second duration on it, it'll immediately rewrite if you're facing it, but will wear after 15 if you're not. But, you can do the turning thing due to server lag.

Yes I'm the fucking retard, yet theres countless posts here about people saying it doesnt work. The first post in regards to this said it works on gaze attacks, and then stated Peiste's Grim Glower. I then attempted to replicate this with another gaze attack, Terror Eye from Gargoyles, and was unable to reproduce the desired effect, being that in first person and merely facing away will block the gaze attack. There were then multiple other posts saying they couldnt reproduce this either.

But, you so diligently namedrop me out of everyone who cant reproduce this on "any gaze attack" as was originally stated...once again reinforcing the concept that you're worthless bigheaded cunt whos got such hatred towards me, someone you've never met, nor really interacted with other than through these forums and from word of mouth, I sincerely question your capability to function in society. May I suggest you bend over and ram a cactus up your ass.
