WHM/NIN + THF + MNK shouldn't have much trouble really. Deaths can and likely will happen but you can just kite or eva tank if that does happen.

Well the nice thing is all those moves that reset hate are a cone so you can just stand behind him for the DD to pick hate back up right away without chasing it because he had to be out of range but any fight that has constant hate resets is a bitch nonetheless.

IMO the most annoying fucking (basic) NM, the damage reduction alone is a pain in the ass, but his basic hits are terribly oped, i doued him, with alot of difficulity with a whm friend, as MNK and hate reset everytime he smoke/crispy candle is by far the worst shit about him, cause he ran over and smacked the whm for 8-900+ bascialy dead in 2 hits. i got it to down to 70% before i just had to brew the pos cause he just wasn't worth the time to normally kill, fuck even trying to proc blue is horrible. Well most fucked up NM I fought was Vadleany. It hits for 700, triple attack a lot, had pretty high accuracy on my hybrid evasion gear on NIN and its evasive as fuck. Even w/o debuffs it spams Spiral Burst for 1800-2800. It wiped my NIN in seconds so I came on MNK just to kill it in revenge. Stalwart + aggressor + focus was enough for good accuracy but even with 4200 hp and cure spam he almost killed me with Spiral Burst spam.

You mean Vadleany? There is no way man unless I'm missing something. It has really good accuracy probably around 40-50% even with mambos its very fast and triple attacks a lot. Its also very evasive in my hybrid gear for eva which was full usu at that time (which has plenty of acc too) with curry and w/o stalwart my acc was florred lol I missed blade:hi even and like 10 hits in a row. With stalwart and pizza you maybe would have around 80% but you probably would still have not enough haste to keep up with shadows. The most important killer here is Spiral Burst tho which it can use randomly (its not a TP move imo) even few in some short time each for 1-3k and its ignoring shadows. Unless I am missing something its no way you can beat it nin + brd.

My friend easily tanked him on THF, but he didn't have a haste/EVAs set, so he just fought in haste. I assume a NIN can achieve this with a few modifications to their set. I was there on BLU, but I backed off for most of the fight to avoid giving the mob too much TP while waiting on yellow!! spells to pick up. I gave him Bream sushi to use (As well as myself).

Kinda doubt it, he spawns a bunch of pets and does a insta death move (might be able to outrun it though, I dunno if he stands still during countdown).

Vahzl should be easy enough, Tenzen can probably be zerged solo with the appropriate job. Dunno about the airship though, Omega/Ultima's TP moves are still annoying, even at 30 levels above the old cap. Perhaps DNC or /DNC could manage it, both mobs have lots of status effects on their TP moves so will spend a lot of time erasing those.

Should be soloable as a BLU. Can get self erase and just go to town and make use of head butt. Dunno your job spread but it would prolly be best, or something that can erase itself. /dnc would be fine but the only thing I would say to watch out for is Omega and Pile Pitch. It will knock you down to 1 hp so make sure you have some way to deal with that.

Probably best time to use CCB then, generally uses Pile Pitch only at lower HP so will give you a free minute to go to town on it without danger of TP moves.

For the Odin Prime question, it's easily duoable if not soloable for you. I've done it thrice, the first time as MNK+WHM, then the other two times as solo MNK/WAR. Hundred Fists + Victory Smite means the fight is over before hundred fists is over.

If you don't have Verethragna then I'd think two DDs can take it down fast enough for you to not worry about anything. A well-geared MNK without Verethragna could possibly do it too maybe. I only got to WS two times or so I believe. Hundred Fists may run out before you kill it though

Yeah I just watched it, seems like a bitch. He used remedy ointments so perhaps that is an option along with a couple CCBs for low HP ultima and low HP omega. Nin/dnc can probably solo it np what so ever.

Any trick to these or the basic resummon and let it get hate again and stand there while it wins for you.

Is there any other way for SMN solo? Assuming he had decent -perp gear with af3 and just used avatar that made sense, I.E. Leviathan/Ifrit vs Bahamut and Titan/Ramuh vs Hope.

Some exploit pathing in addition to soloing like that because they can't get far enough away to resummon safely and was wondering if any of those solos did that.
