Just out of curiosity. Am I the only one who found Legend of Legaia to be incredibly hard. I was only like 11 or 12 when I played it but I do remember it being one of the hardest RPGs I've played to date.

Legaia was pretty rough in boss fights yeah, unless you already know the game and which accessories are good... or are overleveled, especially berserker. Hated that guy.

I seem to remember it being really hard myself. I remember dying a lot on many of the mist boss things. Was the first game that taught me to save often. Man, I really want to play it again though.

I never got to play Legaia 1 but I played Legaia 2 and it was alright.

Hopefully old game music counts.

One of my all time favorite games. I have fond memories of sitting in my room as a kid, playing LoD and eating Gardettos (I will forever associate Gardettos with LoD now because of this)

I used Rose Dart and Lavitz but not because I really had any reason to. I just had them in my party and got them the farthest along and didn't feel like starting over on someone else.

You're taking it back to the old school? Well... now, this isn't a battle theme like the previous ones have been but it's pretty hype for a world map theme.

Just realised there is not a single mention of Wild Arms in this thread, wtf is up with that. Easily one of my favorite RPGs. Jack Van Bruce is a boss. Also great game music.

I think you're the ONLY person on this site other than me that has but out Beyond the Beyond music.

I've always preferred battle 2 though.

Battle 2 reminds me of the many many many hours I spent grinding with Percy solo before he 'leaves' in my last savegame so that my black knight would have better stats way later in the game. Somehow not a bad
memory.

And sadly, I've never played a Wild Arms game other than XF which is completely different from the rest of em.
