It doesn't really matter who your favorite girl is, but as I said before, Ayane is the most popular of the group so if any girl in DOA is going to get the bump it's her (it's the reason why she has cameos in other Tecmo games and not Kasumi, the game's "main" character). I'm a Kasumi player and I really dislike Ayane, but that's the way it is. The popular one is the one that's going to get the recognition from both players and non-players alike.
