summary: they sent an email on friday afternoon to call their customer support in 48 hours, don't get home from work until 6:30.
call customer support, they are only open monday - friday from 6 am to 6pm
I send a response stating I can't contact them in 48 hours because they're closed, no response.
this morning, "We have not heard from you concerning your request for support in the 48 hours since we sent you a response. Consequently, we have changed the status of your question to SOLVED."
