Anyone near Seattle?

Round trip 50 miles, it might be a bit longer now because the detour route from the section they are maintaining is no where near the normal path of the trail.

I was planing to doing a motorcycle ride tomorrow, but let me see what happens.

So, I rescheduled the motorcycle ride and went out a friend today instead. The plan was to go biking tomorrow. The plan changed when I ran the bike off the road in one of the curves at 40mph. Bike runs, need to replace a few things but nothing too expensive. However my right wrist is quite injured. I wont be riding the next few days at least. All in all it wasn't too bad, had to get a ride back in a truck tho, which considering how far I was from Seattle sucked. My friend was really nice about it tho.

My friend has some pictures of the aftermath, one I get a copy I'll post them.

Class V whitewater rafting was so intense and fun. Might have been even better than Mailbox Peak.

It's hard to tell from the image, but the left handle bar is bent in as well. For how fast I was going it was actually a surprisingly tame crash. I won't be riding either bike until my wrist and knee recover.

I'm going to be coming up from Portland for the weekend, and it would be cool if I could meet up too. The fair sounds kind of interesting and I've even been known to eat from time to time. Lunch/Dinner would be awesome.

I'll be in Kent area on Saturday but Sunday's good.
