Basically we take inner-city kids(wards of the state, kids with crack heads for parents, the bad news bears cases) up state to some camp where they can be a child for once

We give them a week of therapy, get a DNA sample. Lots of paper work. Republicans called us nazis because we do genetic research. It was stopped in CT and moved here to NY where is how I got involved. They also have a program where they place these kids into new homes with a 96%......? Rate of success.. It's a great thing. But it costs a fuck ton of money for the gov. so they're iffy about it.
