No PSN fags getting this? ;-;
be cool if this one has voice chat, the premade text responses of the online RE on ps2 was so lame
IMO, if they have extra stuff (like artbook, etc), they should release them in digital format too if possible. If not, that's disappointing. Though it only looks like the Steelcase itself has art (or is it a steelcase with an artbook) and it seems only the 8 bonus weapons and alt costumes are actually stuff that can be released digitally.
I prefer anything digital nowadays. Digital strategy guides (honestly I almost never buy regular strategy guides because I'm afraid to get them dirty/ruined), etc.
(Strategy guides are for the pictures or just for collecting rather than actually using them as a guide.)
I wouldn't mind more digital stuff released. With digital stuff, there's no I accidentally spilled water on the book, no the I accidentally ripped a page, I lost the book, etc.
Anyway kudos for Capcom on tapping into the PC market (same with Sega and Konami too). Now if only Square-Enix did the same for single player FF games...
Opinions from a dude I respect. If he's worried, I'm definitely worried as well. We'll see how it goes.
Idk, maybe it's just the way he presented it, but it kinda sounded like bullshit." The early build I played had tech issues so I'm worried" was his only actual point. Then just oh I'm worried and I don't know, and the "comparison" to dead aim etc was in it being a nun-numbered spinoff, not that it actually looks to share anything in common with it. His arguments against it just seemed shaky at best.
Having watched that video I can't see anything in it that actually made me worry other than the typical departure from a good genre into SHOOTEMUPSHOOTEMUP.
I'll pick it up after it's launched so long as it's not terrible(I know chances of that are minimal, but you never know right?)No PSN fags getting this? ;-;
It's understandable that he's worried, but most of his problems that he said happened occurred on alpha or beta build, so the final product isn't done yet, and I imagine a lot of these problems have been noted and would be worked on. In regards to picking at and comparing it to Outbreak and Outbreak 2; yea, they weren't the best of games, but they were also developed in a time when online console gaming was still getting its feet wet, so I myself don't find that to be a reliable point of concern. It's been almost 10 years since the first Outbreak, and Capcom has since released enough online-enabled games to know where they went wrong with Outbreak.
Collector's Edition - Day 1! Though honestly, I forget if I pre'd it for 360 or PS3. Also, Resident Evil: Revelations new demo (JP one, now for NA) is up tomorrow!
Honestly the graphics look like ass though. That's my only complaint atm. lol
any word about voicechat yet?
I would imagine there would be given that this is pretty much another L4D.
