Grats on Zilas, we're still stuck on him at the moment. Pulling and pulling though, we don't give up easy.

Toughest thing on him was rng of the magi sometimes then self-desrtuctive behaviors like failing to not avoid beam but we put together a nice attempt and downed him amazing how that helps lol

We've got magi down, stuns and dps are solid, beam is good.. ghosts are good, interupting imps are good..

Seems like we're getting bad luck every time, we should have this tonight I hope though. Although we're only running 19 tonight.

Best advice I can give you man, is to do your best in order to raise raid dps. Faster you burn him down the less prone to rng you are.

That tanking sword raised my dps on sabdancer by around 200, it's sick. Trion needs some serious work on their models though. Shit looks like a level 1 dagger.

While I agree some of the models are bland, it's a nice change of pace from WoW where all the weapons are glowing emblazoned with fire and particles.

So our progression was slowed a bit when a few of our top dps decided to quit the game right before HK was released. We finally got Zilas down and Matron to around 20% on a couple attempts before we hit the cutoff time. Gloating a bit before we get to Sicaron and warriors destroy rogues again.

3k DPS... very sexy. Only one there with 100% Hitrate too - how much Hit were you rocking?

370 hit which is overkill for the lower floors, but i have no hit runes.

It's also a bad boss to judge dps since we only had 2 people on him full time. Everyone else was chasing adds.

That's sick! Do you have a HK or P8 weapon? I killed it yesterday and was only able to hit 2.6k DPS. Two other Sabdancers were ahead of me but not by much. One had P8 gear + crystal and the other had a 44.7 DPS weapon. I guess with three Sabdancers in the middle we were kinda owning each others Shrapnels. I know there were a couple times where I'd load up a set and not be able to hit adds ; ;

What is a good sabdancer build? I've toyed around with it but I haven't really had much luck trumping assassin. Also, what is all the P8 stuff? Is that PvP? How do you get rank?

Yeah P8 refers to Prestige Rank 8. These are ranks you get from doing PvP after reaching level 50. Pre-50 you only get Favor for doing PvP things, but after that you also get Prestige which is just another "level bar". You get better gear as you gain Prestige Ranks and right now P8 gear is more accessible and better than the available raid gear and will probably stay that way until HK becomes close to farm status for most guild.

So we uh got no power last night, but we so didn't earn it. Plutonus did his bullshit not kill the power thing to drain his power, he hit 100% and decided not to wipe us. So from 55% to death, he was at 100 power and we didn't have to touch a damn thing.

Murdantix sword + trash drop sword and gun mixed with P6 gear. Our other sabdancer was around 2.9k but he unfortunately pulled threat on the laser phase and died which dropped him down to 2.4k. What's more impressive is that our sc/ele came in second with almost 2.8k.

There's also a big raid damage amplifier in Sicarons fight, so expect huge numbers there also. Stupid sabs getting to stay on boss and aoe shit full time :/ I hate you
