Not really digging the design. Icy armor does not become a blue primal; icy blue skin/hair would go a long way though.
And people wonder why the devs don't show us shit. Development render and people are bitching about the colors. ~_~
Because we lack the understanding of how things work.
I lacked perspective but after reading Elcura's post I have a feeling it'll turn out better.
If they are gonna release this kinda thing they need those kinda explanations with it. Would go a long way. But yeah, its easier just to not show it this early I guess.
Snap judgements are snap judgements whether you're speaking from a position of knowledge or ignorance. Its your right to make those judgement as a (former?) paying customer. If SE is going to get butthurt into not showing new details and news over that (not accusing them of such), then they're a pretty sad company.
Its an opinion, Pooky. They're entitled to it.
lol indeedFor the Final Fantasy series, I'm extremely concerned about the quality of information as well as screenshots and artwork that are to be released. You wouldn't believe what we have to go through even when we want to release something to our fans! (lol) With that said, before something is released I need to check it, so the promotional team cannot take it upon themselves to release assets.
I love how the immediate follow-up to this comment is an unfinished 3d model that's confusing a lot of people.
I wasn't bitching, merely pointing out the obvious <_< Maybe I should've worded that post differently.
I know that, I just used your post because it was easier lol
Granted, its just silly how the entire community is always chomping at the bit for more information yet time and time again make detrimental snap judgements based on assumptions. It happens so often its comical, doesn't matter if its the grass in a video or a note about jumping or fall damage, this community (as a whole, not just on BG) is really the reason why we get such a trickle of information from the devs.
I really like the color choice for her armor. Ultramarine.
No you didn't
Here we go again (again)
Same old shit, dog, just a different day
Blurple
You're silly. This community is not the reason why we get such a trickle from the devs. The devs are why we get such a trickle.
You don't know what you're talking about. WoW players bitch 3,000,000 times more than any XIV fan ever could, and have been doing so for 8 years, and are still fed a daily allotment of "blue posts", PTR information, screenshots, ect. from the devs. That is a choice of the devs and the devs alone, and it has absolutely nothing to do with fan voice or fan perception or anything else. If it ever did, then SE has no one but themselves to blame for their failures, because keeping your playerbase in the dark because of frail emotions and potentially hurt-feelings over their reactions (of which they fucking pay for, lets not forget) is a sure sign of incompetence.
I respect your opinion, but it is just that: an opinion, and it has no basis in truth.
This started long ago.

But isn't that pic also confirmation that adaberk is blue no matter how you look at it?
SE officially put it to rest.
Yeah they did. That shit was blue from the get-go. White people are just color-blind.
Hey, I heard there was irrelevant blue/purple talk up in here.
