Damn, how many people are going to this media event?

Was thinking about this earlier, gamespot and giant bomb are based in San Francisco, so I'm sure one of them would go. IGN and Massively should be there also Gametrailers as well, the rest will rehash if its something major to talk about, good or bad.

Also I see a few things not being embargoed, but a lot of stuff on time release so as we go through beta cycles they can show off more stuff. After all the beta is on nda tell phase 3 right?

I was hoping for benchmark today, with beta on Friday. I have to agree, I don't want to see any more screenshots of character creator, or them sitting around doing things. I'm hoping today's media event we get a video of something we haven't seen before.

Beta, at the earliest will start once the JP Team gets back to Japan. So whenever this Pandergeddon ends, that is the only time you can expect to hear any Beta news. I'm expecting them to toss out a handfull of Beta keys to these gaming sites to hand out to their base in order to really market this shit, goes without saying that they will be able to play a beta build at this event.

Most of those gaming sites haven't necessarily kept up to date on the going's on of ARR, and this is quite a decent product expose and marketing attempt from the team.

That girl is beautiful regardless if you are Rakisho or Magic Johnson fucking any three girls you want after a game. Her only downside (imo) is the belt....but everything else is blessed.
