I find Penny Arcade Report to be VERY opinion heavy, there was an article on OUYA a while back that really surprised me. It's obviously something they can and want to do, and you don't see it much elsewhere so its probably good? I don't really have a true appreciation for it but I suppose its better than reviews that are obviously skewed to make the game seem like the next best thing.

Not even once. I'll read previews, but never reviews.

I'm only looking for facts, mechanics, features, graphics, etc. when I read about a game. I can make my own decision from there.
