Ain't gonna lie, it sounds nicer when I'm not weaving a quilt. But just like how people don't like town music that is very loud and upbeat since they'll be listening to it all the time, the same can be said for crafting music. Even something so serene tends to irritate after the 100th synth.

Even the soothing crafting melody could not stop the fury when a darksteel ingot failed to HQ. Endless hours mining, hundreds of thousands of gil blown on Coke, and what do I have to show for it?!

3/11 HQ'd ingots. T___T Not even crafting music could stop the rage.

Then the worst part? Going mining for another fifteen hours for a stack of darksteel+1. >_>

I never liked the +1 mats for HQ synths idea. I'd rather just get an HQ armor/weapon, from the normal mats, then have to get HQ mats for HQ stuff. Hopefully, they get rid of that mechanic.

Hold on... that lvl 35 NM in XIV required considerable skill as a level 50 to beat? <_<
I think I've played a different XIV here, these guys must come from some wierd dimension were 1.0 NMs were actually challenging at all or had particular traits other than some fancy name.

It's worth remembering that the level 35 NMs became significantly easier with the battle system changes in 1.20. But they still weren't challenging for a 50 apart from the odd one or two with a nasty attack.

I do wonder how they plan to put decent non-EXP rewards into FATEs though.

OF apparently wasn't satisfied with rolling a natural 20 on stupid over the past week. >_> It is perplexing that the reps erase good threads and leave all the morons free to ramble.

Maybe this has changed, but I recalled that certain abilities would still have individual recast timers. Has that been refuted somewhere, or are people taking issue with the fact that there is a GCD between actions plus a per action CD?

The entire argument makes no sense, unless people are arguing for individual CDs on everything of 5-10 minutes (in other words, they are insane).

Weaponskills are under GCD, other skills have individual CDs, but also can't be used when GCD is up.

I basically started a thread targeting the removal of section 2.7 in the user agreement. This would basically allow the few relatively thoughtful forum goers to put fucking idiots on blast. I also stated that the mods should take a more active hand in policing the forum. I assume this was the reason behind the deletion. Lulz
