This absolutely dissipates my worries about having a dull game world, which like I said many times, was my main gripe about 1.0

Those screenshots are amazing.
Interesting tease about what happened to Bahamut...
Toramas look rad.
Love that night sky!
God damn those screenshots look good. Also like the little bit of Bahamut info they dropped there.
Imagine when they add dx11 and higher res textures..
I played GW2 and Tera recently but after the end of Beta phase 2 it's FFXIV and getting my character back that I am longing for. I want 1 character I can try all things on and it seems if that is the case it's XI or XIV. Why don't other MMOs do this?
I am not sure if many devs realize how attractive it is for many mmo players, to be able to have one character that can try any and every class in the game, without losing progress by having to do an alt.
What's even more better, usually you read stuff like that as a background lore for the game/location/whatever, but this time we actually participated!
Held in duress for aeons within the lesser moon, Dalamud, the elder primal Bahamut broke free of his captivity when the celestial body was wrested from the heavens to descend upon the Battle of Carteneau. Once freed, the terrible being wrought fiery destruction across the length and breadth of Eorzea, his devastating rampage marking the beginning the Seventh Umbral Era. In the midst of the chaos, however, Bahamut was enveloped in a blinding white light and abruptly disappeared from the skies. None claim to have seen the primal in the five years since.
Not a fan of the t-rex arms on Bahamut. And the fact that his hand is larger than his head.
Yeah Odin's horse is also way too big !
>_>
and is missing 2 legs
Bahamut's design caught me completely by surprise. Both the game and franchise are ruined.
That cyclops... where is his mouth??!?! how does he eat the adventurers he defeats?!?!?
