I think I can explain that. US is one country and in general there's no problem with shipping items there. This gets more problematic within EU though and that's why there's no physical copy order in the S-E store. Don't worry though, as they will surely be available in your country's stores soon.

Not really, our EU regulation pretty much allows for us to send packages all over. I constantly order stuff from England or Germany to Sweden. It's just typical SE.

I think it goes:

Legacy Member: early access + cait sith doll minion + moogle cap + legacy chocobo + whatever meteory-survivor-related marking

Basically, legacy membership counts you as a pre-order customer.

Unless I missed something I believe legacy only gets you the choco/early access/meteor survivor thing. The pre-order stuff (mog hat/cait sith) would still require a pre-order.

It's not about being able to. It's about stuff like costs etc. (and different currency in case of UK).
