A11: While their inventory will be empty, the retainers will be shared.

They're shared...but only if they're not holding anything? So...Make three characters, one character gets six retainers and the other two just sit there? Is this the new mule system?

yeah i think what they meant to say is retainers are tied to a service account. so one subscription = 2 retainers. You could theoretically make more characters as inventory mules though

Well, it would be, but it would cut down on data and mean there's more names available for people to pick for their retainers this way. /shrug

Also, I guess if your characters share the same house or the like it would be done that way also to make it feel like your characters all live in the same home.
