I got lucky and received the Hamlet Cutter's Hat, but I never saw the Miner's Hat once out of hundreds of runs, shit was worse than D. Ring drop rate

Hamlet is supposedly going to be a lot different than it was now that it will be an open-world F.A.T.E., not requiring any party building and will reward people individually. Spamming Hamlet should now just consist of hanging around the place and doing your thing when it comes up, like Campaign.
