I don't ever remember seeing that. All I remember from registering for PS3 beta as a PC alpha/beta tester was that if you wanted to apply you could and that there were no stated implications one way or the other.

No. I don't remember the wording, but a PS3 application supercedes your PC application and if you get into PS3 you get into both.

So, these invites for this weekend are just for PS3 then? Or has anyone got a PC invite for this weekend? Mostly wondering for a friend of mine to see if we can play together tonight. >.>

I have a feeling I'm going to have to wait for open beta before I get a chance to play this game despite having 1.0 and registering a different e-mail for PS3.
Even then I probably won't be able to play any for the open beta because the servers will get hammered again like they did for 1.0.

If you have a 1.0 account you automatically get into this beta (on PC), unless they changed it at some point

If you're crying because you want to play on PS3 then ignore this post

So my wife apparently deleted her initial beta invitation email without activating. She was in alpha, but when I try to to log into the beta forums with her account info it's saying "this account has been deauthorized" I'm assuming because she obviously never activated the beta code. Once you been invited once do they send out emails for each additional phase, or is she SOL until open beta?

Same code for each phase.

Edit: Forgot to mention that she should be able to use SE's support system to have them resend her the code/e-mail. I believe others had made the same mistake before and as long as you could provide them the e-mail they would resend it to you.

Right, I get that. My issue is she never activated the code in the first place. Is she going to get an email for phase 3 with the code that she never redeemed or is she SOL and they only send out beta invitations for the first phase your invited to thus she'll have to wait until open beta?

I'm not entirely sure. I made an edit to my original post, but I believe she can try the support system. Only downside is that today and tomorrow the support system will be flooded with tickets, so I would get your ticket in asap. They may be able to provide her with the same e-mail. Plus, I don't think there was ever an expiration on the codes, so if she got an e-mail for Phase 1 it should work at anytime.

Also, Live Letter should begin soon.
