As far as 1.0 goes the Dmg isn't like other Dps classes, but the amount of things you have to do while keeping up damage makes the class a lot more interesting (Garuda fight). I think it will be like most Ranged DPS class steady dps with some spike damage.
Level Sync is forced when you do Instances / dungeons / fates when you're in a party. Can't level sync in open world parties unless its a FATE battle.
I use cleric stance when im solo or doing fights that don't require me to do big cures. Running through trash mobs. Just turn it off when I need to focus on curing and not throwing out nukes.
