We've known that for a long time. Do you have job skills though? That is yet to be confirmed.

35 skill speed for a 0.04s reduction at level 50. Probably like 8 skill speed for each 0.01. Not sure if this was known or whatevs

Yeah I did a tracert+ping test to both NA and JP server IP's (can easily get using resource manager on windows)

My average is 30-50MS for NA servers and 120-150MS for JP servers...
although while playing the NA server is being hammered so hard it feels like a JP server >.>

Overall though it really, doesn't feel any different in terms of lag, I still see people bounce around a little bit.

In the Worlds list, select the Legacy world your character was on back in the day.

They should appear on your login screen after you've done that. o.o>

If your server is supposed to be a JP Legacy server, make sure you look under that list.
Legacy servers are at the bottom of the server lists so scroll down as well.

If it's not in there then I have no clue what's wrong.

Yea i tried that, but it has 0 chars listed. I think I found the issue though, I have apparently 2 FFXIV service accounts and the beta test is listed on one, and my old chars are on another. Freaking stupid. SE has no idea how to make an account management web site.

Any clue how the following situation may play out?

I turned in my double melded bow for my relic, but didn't finish any speed runs. Did I just lose my bow? Is the whole quest started over? Am I on the new section that replaces the speed run portions? If that bow hit the ether, I may fucking blow up the new CE the day I receive it. 1/8 on the meld something like 30-40 mil spent. Hopefully SE realized that folks maybe mid way through the quest

Quest progress is saved, but the quest is not implemented in this phase.

Come phase 4/retail you'll be at the mythrils part of the quest, whatever it involves after the changes.

I was talking on another forum about it and they're like, "JUST USE MUMBLE LOL". Yeah, because every person I talk to in MMOs uses Mumble. I was so annoyed at their comments I didn't even respond.

Yeah I noticed the presence of SE's hand up some people's asses here doing the talking too. Some people... This is a huge issue and needs to be fixed and any claim of "impossible" by them is pure bullshit.
