I was talking on another forum about it and they're like, "JUST USE MUMBLE LOL". Yeah, because every person I talk to in MMOs uses Mumble. I was so annoyed at their comments I didn't even respond.

That is the dumbest response to that.

Yeah, the tell thing is pretty dumb. Should just steal a page from Rift and make everyone "Your Name@Server" where people on your server have the @Server part invisible and assumed if you use it to send a message. Otherwise, you could communicate with people from other servers that way, too. It'd also permit people of the same name existing on different servers.

Oh I don't even care about other servers.
I'm mad that when I'm in a dungeon or anything "duty bound" like story missions or quests, I can't send or receive tells. XD Or send them to other people who are in dungeons/"duty bound" things.

If they said no other server tells, I'd be way more okay with that than this. Even though I still think they could fix that the way you just said. XD

I noticed Hamlet DoL hats now have 2 materia slots. I haven't stopped to look how that compares with other equipment.

Any word on if hamlet will still exist or did they assign those drops to other unannounced instances?

I'm hoping for the latter, because hamlet defense was so damn boring.

I don't know how it fits into the relic quest but I'm pretty sure it's been said that hamlet defense will be rolled into FATEs.

LS works in dungeons, not tells though. Not even tells to the people you are in the dungeon with.

I think it's much cheaper if you just go to the other cities by doing the quests.

It is, I just didn't have the horizon aetheryte so I figured I'd tele to LL and take the boat... obviously the 55k wasn't a problem since none of this is saving, but it seems a little absurd nonetheless
