Okay, so after reading up the summary-so-far on 2ch, from what I gather it's:

August 1st - Character Creation Benchmark
August 8th - Producer Letter Live, in which they'll announce when the start date for Phase 4 is.

Hence, it will seem that Phase 4 will start sometime after that.

It's one of the reasons for not really wanting to translate stuff unless I feel it's necessary. Too often someone else translates it before I do, haha.

Haha, I wasn't expecting to be able to translate anything with my current level moon knowledge. They put that once sentence about the producers live up in text though, so it was easy enough. I must study more moon, I'm only like a second grader in terms of comprehension lol.

since ill be on vacation from the 1st to 8th, i wouldn't mind this start time since the 8th really means at 2am PST on the 9th

It's google translate. Use some imagination and you'll figure out what "mamet-kettoshi" is referring to

I found this on reddit earlier, but apparently the latency issue with AoEs has become an accepted bug, might be worth it to "Like" the post. The guy who posted it did do a pretty good job explaining the issue.

I experienced this crap for the first time last night dicking around at Ifrit. Really really hope it doesn't carry over into release.
