Potentially because it's been ACCEPTED; it's in BUG REPORT after Beta ended; etc? The forums on feedback/bug report tend to close when the test stops (for better or worse)

I'm pretty sure the "grimoire" you are seeing is just a decorative book that's attached to a belt on the hip. I want to say that was even present in 1.0? Maybe I'm just thinking of the concept art.

Well, I'm pretty certain the belt/book/crystals were never actually added to the AF and belts were completely removed from being visibly equipped in ARR. I wonder if they are adding/did add it since most other equipment in the game is now much more complexly decorated/detailed. Is it already there now and I missed it?

edit: I suppose it could just be the NPC-specific model only used by the BLM quest NPC?

ARR doesn't remove belts; your belt visual is automatically selected based on your body armor. That begs the question though, what belts come along with AF? They may not have added a belt to the AFs though, since most of them already looked like they had belts attached to the body. I remember several armors looking like Nomura's wet dream with like 2 or 3+ belts, back in 1.0.

are you saying it's acceptable or simply just mislabeled? either way it's a problem that should be addressed in some fashion

I'm just saying it's not a bug and they should know it. So why did they accept it as one? lol.

Crafting AF looks pretty spiffy. The Crafting Guildmasters were also wearing AF in Beta. They all look nice. I'm wondering if it will be Quest reward, or you make it yourself as part of a quest.
