Black Shroud before realizing that run aggro was a thing.
Black Shroud before realizing that run aggro was a thing.
Huh, I thought Black Shroud etc was new areas. All the areas in ARR are the same as XIV? Shows how long i've been out of the loop
Guess it'll be more of the same for the XIV players, all new adventure for XI olds like me
The areas are almost completely redesigned, but the names etc are more or less the same. (Zahar'ak is the same as 1.0, for example)
What's the deal with everyone worried about finding a healer for the first dungeon (Sastasha?)? Nobody can do dungeons until they reach the point in the main storyline that brings all 3 nations to Sastasha for their first dungeon run. All classes will be represented at that time.

Despair.
So all you bitches with LV50 everything can switch over to CNJ for the run and get it over with. Legacy and Non-Legacy servers are pulled from to populate the LFG groups, so non-Legacy will have access to CNJs as needed if for some reason the entirety of the non-Legacy servers all decide to level Arcanist. (Which, I don't see happening on those servers. Only the Legacy servers could have that happen.)
Legacy DDs don't have to wait for queues.

psh, the unwashed masses can deal with their own eternal queue problem as we legacies all ride our goobbues to the front of the line, trampling their pleb dreams underfoot
So, unrelated to the current topic, but I figure I'll ask anyway. My apologies if this is the wrong place or if it's been answered somewhere obvious.
If I want the preorder items and give no fucks about the CE physical or digital items, where do I need to go and what do I need to do if I'm a Legacy player? The whole situation surrounding this is ridiculously convoluted for something that should be a simple checkbox on the Account Management site.
Any help or insight is appreciated.
You have to preorder any of the ARR games (PS3, PC, CE etc doesn't matter which) at a retailer that's selling the game
I don't recommend doing so online though, codes must be running pretty low because lately I'm hearing a lot of reports about people not getting codes. Go to a store and make sure they give you a code.
You'd have to pre-order a new copy of the game, non-CE or CE, doesn't matter, to receive a code for early access and the pre-order items. So, pre-order from Amazon, Gamestop, or SE Online Store for the code. Either way you'll have to spend at least $30 for the code unless you can buy an extra one off of someone.
Edit: damn too slow.
