So jason marquis got drilled in the shin by a line drive, and broke his fibula. He stayed in the game though got 5 outs and a turn at bat before he fell to the ground and had to leave. Fucking crazy.

The Sanchez start is the only one that has me worried. I honestly don't know whose been worse this year, him or Zito.

Contracts aside, Sanchez still has a better year because he misses bats and gets strikeouts... his problem is walking waaaaay too many batters and he's a fly ball pitcher giving up a bunch of homers. Zito just plain sucks.

Uggla's gonna slump following his big hit streak. Seems like (and probably not true, just how it feels) that people who get these long streaks tend to struggle afterward. Granted I hope he doesn't :/

Yea, the big problem with Sanchez is, the second things start to go slightly wrong, he unravels faster then a $1.99 kmart special beach towel. The guy has the potential to be a great pitcher, but until he can keep his emotions in check, he's a blowout waiting to happen after the first trip through the lineup.
