Pitching has been our weak point for quite some time. That's why we wanted Cliff Lee so bad.

But we've gotten some quality starts this year and picked up some great bullpen players at the trade deadline.

Verlander is getting jobbed on some of these pitches, they are really close but the ump isn't giving him any leeway.

Glad to get a win against Verlander. Cruz hasn't been the same since his injury since the minor league was over when he came back so he didn't have a chance to go to any rehab games. His timing has been off but that was a crucial HR. Hopefully he returns to his old form. Top of the order was terrible tonight also. Hitters 1-5 were like 3-18 combined.

Good thing about the Rangers is their lineup has 8 guys that are great and it only takes 2 of them having a good game to win with that bullpen.
