Developer Beenox and Activision cross continuities again in Spider-Man: Edge of Time, a time-hopping adventure that's one part Amazing Spider-Man, one part Spider-Man 2099.

One Spider-Man just isn't enough for developer Beenox. After giving four Spideys a try in Shattered Dimensions the team trims things down to two in Edge of Time. The untimely death of Amazing Spider-Man's Peter Parker is the direct cause of a catastrophic future for Spider-Man 2099. The player has to hop back and forth between timelines to try and fix things in both eras, exploring temporal cause-and-effect in action along the way.

It's a complicated plot, but it's in good hands, with acclaimed comic book writer and Spider-Man 2099 co-creator Peter David spinning this tale of two spiders.

"We want to create a totally distinct experience in Spider-Man: Edge of Time by working with Peter David on the story and creating this urgent, high-stakes experience where time is working against you and the fate of Spider-Man hangs in the balance."

Shattered Dimensions was pretty good, I would recommend picking it up at 20 or less. This one will probably be decent at that price as well, but meh not interested personally, not going to give activision any money.

i like peter david's work so I'm definitely interested, and I gamefly'd SD, and enjoyed it enough, so yeah
