Absolute best burn treatment I ever found was Emu Oil.

Dicking around in a Paris hotel with a bunch of upper-classmen when I was on a high-school trip, I made the mistake of letting one of them light my body-spray-covered hand from about three feet away using an aerosol flamethrower. Looked amazing but instead of the quick burst I expected he held that shit on and my entire right palm and thumb got seared. Bathroom was occupied so one of the girls took out this stuff she had for sunburns, i slathered some on once and didn't feel the burn at all for the rest of the trip.
