I often find being tempted to bitch an act of weakness in of itself, and yet I am the sort who condones sharing one's feelings with those they care about, rather than operating alone. On top of that, I understand that even the closest of friends do not care to hear everything someone has to say, since, well, no one does; that isn't a matter of low self-esteem either, but simply the fact that most of the average person's daily doings are precisely that: average.

That doesn't directly answer your question, but I often find wanting to bitch a questionable act in of itself, which is why I normally refrain from doing it.
