    I've always been of the opinion that Beck/Orielly are of the Colbert mold, only less satirical and more serious, at least to some extent. Like an actor playing a serious role in a movie, only they're doing it in real life. Staged reality TV if you will. I have a really hard time believing that they actually believe on a personal level, the shit that they spew. They're very rich, and they didn't get that way by being stupid.

    I don't know about Beck, I'd certainly buy that, but Stewart seems to sometimes make indications towards that in interviews with O'Reilly, even when he's the one being interviewed. It's mostly laughing and smirking, but that they both are willing to write books in that persona seems like a little much.

    I don't get how people somehow think this is going to "fix" fox news, when Megyn Kelly, Sean Hannity, Neil Cavuto, Bill O'Reilly, and the hosts of Fox & Friends are just as biased, and in the case of Megyn Kelly/Sean Hannity are arguably even bigger assholes.
