They aren't on the list yet so they can easily have been forgotten by SE for now.
That said i wont be storing my trial seals on any mules except for the ones for jobs ive not leveled yet just incase they fix that oversight if they consider it one post patch.

This. What would be truly awesome is if they let you send to other accounts on the same SE ID. I don't see that happening though.

My mule won Peacock Amulet and Strider boots last bonanzaa, Does this mean I can transfer them to my main. Or is it just EX only, Im kinda confusedd since they list a bunch of R/E stuff.

You can D-box things that are just Rare, so that tag isn't relevant. Things on the list cannot be shipped, and Peacock Amulet/Striders are not on the list. They can probably be shipped.
