Anyone else have connection issues with POL and FF11 today? Was perfectly fine yesterday for me, and today have had issue logging in + staying online. Everything else loads fine on my internet.

I can't log-in to POL at all, stuck at the verifying password screen until it times out.

Depends on what you're doing. Minikin's pretty much irreplaceable.
If you're primarily DDing then use elemental affinity atma for your best nuke (so for blizzard 5 that's beyond) and ultimate. Could use full moon instead of one of those if you want more refresh.
For proccing grellow, which is really the only reason to use blm in abyssea, I use apocalypse (because subbing thf or brd makes me more squishy and instacast is always nice) and either zenith (for the fast cast) or dread (TH placebo <3).

and an other question does Sentinel's Scherzo help against Emperador de Altepa 4000 needles? and how much dmg would it reduce?

STR/ATK dagger is always strong competition, if you're asking specifically for Dancer. THF has Triplus and that new 150 delay one.

Scherzo applies about a 30% damage reduction on attacks that would have done more than (75%?) of your HP. So if you had two people with 2500HP and Scherzo, they'll each take 1400 damage. Fan Dance works against it, by the way, but you can't get hit and have to turn away every time he uses 4000 x3 until you can get FD back up again.

For green I go with Minikin/Apoc/Allure. I like the -enmity so I don't steal hate (which on most shit is guaranteed to rape you in the butt, due to positioning on some stuff or some other bullshit mechanic/move). Even with enmity douse, if you do a lot of NMs that isn't always up. For damage what he said is more or less best, but I find myself rarely doing damage in abyssea as blm but rather just proc slave. lol

i spose it's possible but i seriously doubt it. the offensive firepower shinryu puts out below 30% is astounding. even holding hate hypothetically during spam alternating cure 5/6, he can kill you too fast.

I'm sure that this has been asked multiple times but I checked the last 10 pages or so and didn't find anything. Has the hierarchy for NIN and THF atmas changed with the crit damage cap increase? If so what is the new best combo for both?

I tried out GH/RR/SS on my mule with Kannagi and it looked to be about the same with higher averages on higher NMs. Have no clue for THF though.

you can get them from low level mobs.

"Cleaving" sucks too. I got bored of doing pages in Outer Horutoto, eventually trained the goblin room a few times. after about 5 trains (maybe 20 mobs each) i got like.. 3 brown boxes?

Faster than other things i guess.

If he uses Disgorge *before* he uses Gorge, it can do random insane damage. Beyond that, I think Disgorge damage is dependent on the amount of HP he absorbs from Gorge. Dedicated stunner highly recommended for Disgorge, regardless of how it works.

I think with disgorge it absorbs HP from all within range and then spits that damage back or something? Not sure, I've never fought them, sorry.

Re: Hasso. I think maybe augmented hasso isn't supposed to increase magic recast/cast time as severely as it is?

I assume he means Striking Flourish Rudra's with Charis Casaque +2 which gives a 50% crit chance unless I'm remembering incorrectly.

Does striking flourish force critical like sneak attack and mighty strikes? because if not then 100% crit rate means jack diddly peter fuck on a non-crit WS.
