Only need Staff level 5 to get Heavy Strike (and 999 DEX with 2H weapon = ~750 Acc), but it caps out at 5 blunt options compared to 6 Piercing. THF/RNG is better for sure, but you potentially end up with an Evisceration Blue !! proc.

Difficulty of Fafnir (Edit: and Nidhogg--just in case we get HQ pop) compared to KS99 Wyrm? Have won the KS99 several times, but never have fought Fafnir outside of Nyzul.

Kutharei duo as MNK and WHM, should I /WAR or /NIN? Either way, counterstance or no? since he has that multi-hit move.

The multi-hit won't drop me? I didn't want to risk it with a random WHM if it's something that will kill me.

It really depends how much you trust your WHM. If they're quick and on the ball, /war will be perfectly fine, otherwise /nin and just save Ni for a quick way to buy some time when things get hairy.

Fafnir is laughably easier than the wyrm. Nidhogg isn't much harder, but mighty strikes > wing can be nasty and he roars everything including food. Any group that can kill the wyrm should have no difficulty with either.

Nope. My biggest guesses would be the Pixie NM in Voidwatch or a casket from Toraimarai Canal. I have this sinking feeling it's going to be annoying to get either way.

On the subject! Brewing on WHM vs Dark Resistant mobs-- I assume Flash Nova is best? And I assume, should the monster not resist Dark, Cataclysm? What atmas should I use for Flash Nova should that be the case? Ultimate, Beyond, something?

what do i need to enter into my statusdata.txt to remove statustimer from ONLY finishing moves? tried going through the resources xml and my eyes just started rolling into the back of my head.

Wyrm is the hardest of the 3 by a fair bit, or at least was at 75. At this point though you can probably resist the fire to the point where he's as much of a joke as faf.

also mana wall is an insanely huge boost for wyrm, but pretty meaningless for fafhogg

What's the best not-fucking-mindnumbing to get gun (DD, lol) for COR? I have the Store TP Anarchy+1, but I've been gone since December and have been wondering if there's anything else.

Or should I just give up COR and level something not lolworthy.
