Dnc AF hands aren't required, but they are still nice to have. Might as well swap in whatever +acc gear you can afford inventory wise just in case you are blinded/flashed or whatever you are fighting puts up an evasion boost. Rarely makes any difference, but nice if you can spare the inventory.

Well its not a one size fits all setup but its better then waiting on lights/darks day if you got the procs and its not something horridly hard.

Yeah, they're probably 10 Acc, actually. Feet are probably 10 from "Enhances Step Accuracy" as well, which makes them the best for that slot but not worth carrying if you use Rager's Ledelsens for something else.

it varies wildly, ive seen a EP ephemeral in tahrongi give 8, and EM give 32, and then another EP give 128

id just keep killing the ephemeral

There is no "best use across all jobs". Look at the augments. Look at the jobs you play. Pick augments.

I have a character thats been stuck in a zone for about 4 days. GM's just tell me to write a report on their useless tech support site, and their responses and calls were basically them telling me its my issue, and to check my router, even had the nerve to say that it dosent matter that my other characters can log in because each character has its own connection and my router can STILL just not work for this one. This is obviously bullshit.

ive done file checks, uninstall/reinstall, used different systems, and i just cant figure out what else to do. anyone have any advice?

Someone said a few pages back to find someone you trust, have them log you in/move you. Then should hopefully be fixed.

Without going into too many specifics, for sam TP in abyssea (read: 6-hit, so 2nd ring does not need to be hoard) what is a better option for ring 2?

Juogi(+1 doesn't exist or I'm not paying 20+m for it ;D/Dusk+1/Rajas/Mars's
Atheling/Bullwhip/Unkai+2/Ace's

Juogi/Dusk+1/Rajas/Pyrosoul

This is for inside abyssea, as I know mars's > pyrosoul outside...just unsure if the 8atk and negligible acc would outweigh 7 str, or vice versa. Does strigoi ring > either of my options above?

Would anyone happen to have the location of the .dats for the log-in screen music? I had them removed at one point, and the silence was blissful.

I talk on Skype while I'm playing, and sometimes I dual-box or restart, or start the call before I log in etc, and I hate having that fucking music blaring in my ears while I'm trying to talk/listen to people.

Also, I once had all in-game <call>s modded to <call21>, and I don't remember where those .dats were either. If someone could PM the file path to me so it doesn't get lost in the thread, I would very much appreciate it.

DNC af1 head and body the only pieces worth bothering to get?

Head, hands, and feet were already mentioned. Pick up the body as well for the +10% Waltz potency. I didn't see anyone mention it, and unless I'm really missing something, there's not a better body piece for Waltz.

Mars would win unless you're in some strange situation where you're attack capped but fSTR uncapped. Strigoi would win over either any time you're uncapped on both fSTR and attack.

The imps in Vunkerl will use Frenetic Rip. I haven't seen the wamouracampa in attohwa use cannonball though.
