I didnt know anything about TE and wasnt trying to be a d-bag.
Anyways so all I would have to do to get started is buy all add-ons, talk to npc then do a few CS's. After that just wait a few days to accumulate stones similar to assault tags. Then make/seek for a PT and commence? Or am I missing something?

Make a party is your only choice, none will let you join on low lvl job w/o cruor to be a chest opener.

Looking to skill up enhancing on whm or rdm. I use windower and spellcast. My first thought is making a script that has /ma barspell, wait 5, /ma barspell cut and pasted 78943 times. Work? If so how do I manually stop the script?

You have to be *very* careful with Windower scripting because it is a pile of crap and FFXI will eventually crash. You have to use aliases to be able to stop/start loops.

Honstly, I wouldn't bother with it unless you don't use either job very often. I was capped for 80ish WHM before they increased the skillup rates, and I have capped enhancing just from hasting/buffing through normal play (roughly 3 hours a night).

according to the wiki, I get cruor by killing mobs but at a small amount. So in time I will accumulate some then maybe things will get easier. Right?
Or are you talking about large amounts?

Edit: I think I failed to mention I have 6 or 7 lvl75 jobs. maybe I can do some exp on them to collect cruor?

The exp alliance you make will kill quickly with capped azure and you'll get cruor from the mobs and 1k cruor from blue chests, it builds up fast just make an alliance, I'm not leaving anything out or trying to trick you, that really is all you have to do.

Loki's Af3 pants +2 Rajas and brutal

4hit /sam Sam roll 8+ with sam lucky or 11 without sam. 27 in gear

Loki's, Tactical, Af3+2 pants Rajas Brutal.

Could also use Goading belt for the 5 stp and only need 9+ or lucky roll without sam.



/rdm or /blm

Tactical Lokis Af3+2 pants Rajas and any sams roll 3+ ( barring unlucky ofc ) is 5hit aswell.

Can even hit 4hit /rdm or /blm with 11 Sams+Sam and Loki+Goading+Tact+Rajas+af3legs+Brutal.

Can use hoard ring in place of other things too. Actually lots of options for Cor for low x-hit build.

i'd use portent pants higher difference and can be used across multiple jobs.

OK i evidently posted this in the wrong area, but i recently decided to re-install ffxi along with my girlfriend, installed and logged into pol with no trouble, but pol claimed my last login was 13/11/2010, which can't be because i hadn't logged in any later than august 2010, my last log in was before august 31st because that's when my 3 month subscription ended, i didn't renew it, and switched to wow mid august.

I have a security token, and am pretty positive i haven't logged in since august of 2010, so does anyone know if someone could have gotten into my pol, regardless of the security token?

drk, drg, 1 whm, thf all died. We finally got him down but it was pretty crazy. I believe he used perfect dodge 6 times in a row at low health. and spammed tp moves back to back to back.

I hit him for 0 a couple times as well (I still have no clue how that happened)

I've had a few successful Dawon kills, best to go with a mage/ranger army, with at least 2 tanks, keep him slow and addled if you can, removing haste asap or else shit gets out of hand way to quick, 2hr its probably best to stick as much PDT gear on as you can when shadows are down and hope for the best with getting them up.

I've had him spam the living fuck out of 2hr and I've had him only 2hr once, not sure if there is something that causes it but he can be a major fucking douche at times.

every time I've fight Raja I get full drops, but I've only fought him twice, hate fighting him cause he takes so fucking long to kill, and it's not like hes really a threat to begin with, boring fight

Dawon can be tough if you approach it in the wrong way. There is hate reset anytime a Claw Cyclone lands, so you want an evasion tank (ideally two evasion tanks) for this. It becomes annoying because he spams while Perfect Dodge is up. NIN THF BRD WHM should be able to do it without too much trouble (use Mambos), or maybe try kiting when he does that?
