Can get fast cast on the rdm/blu one, which I thought was quite nice. Also haste+4 legs for drk and drg, WS legs for war, haste+3 boots for pup (I think nin and sam also? not sure on jobs on that one).

DRG can get 4% haste legs. BLM/SCH hat and legs if you aren't sporting the BLM +2 set (or are a SCH). I hear BLU can get nice feet.

Also, SAM/MNK/PUP feet can get 3% haste. Best haste feet piece for PUP, don't know the others.
