The best offhand for Twashtar (90) on Dancer is . . . Twashtar (85). I said this as a joke the other night in my linkshell chat, but now I'm realizing that it's true. It also saves me from having to do the 85->90 trial twice.

Well, my option is Ukon + Twashtar or Twashtar x2! .... I know the responsible thing to do is Ukon + Twashtar, but my Dancer is all, "Hey, pick me!"

(I'm at 83 Glavoid shells already and have half a dozen unpopped sets)

I'd expect you be able to have both - +2OAT and DA are the same item ID, but with different augments. I can't see a program checking the name of something when there is an ID there instead.

Downside I don't think you'll find out until all 50 glavoid shells are turned in, and the moogle says "whoop, sorry, you've got one"

I don't think you can have OAT and DA swords and I think you wont be even able to start the trial for glavoids but maybe I'm wrong and you will just got "Come back after sorting your inventory"

Also even with program checking ID, same name items would probably start with same number following by some changes at finish and program could just check part of ID that is static.

I was unclear - you definitely can't have more than 1 Khanda +2(19557), since they're the same item ID, and rare. Twash(19398, 19457, 19535) have different item id for every level.

I've never had rare items cross on trials, just my assumption that it wouldn't check if you have the rare item until it was about to give it to you.
