I'm interested in making a repository of NM PHs. The easiest way to do this seems to be to make some kind of public .xml that people can add PHs to. Does anyone know a website where I could host such a document?

It basically needs to be an editable text document that people can download, create a new version of, upload, etc. Like Pastebin, but with some kind of version history ideally so that I don't have to do it manually.

Does weapon skill level matter when using an elemental WS as pertaining to damage? For example, will I do less damage with Aeolian Edge with the bare minimum 290 skill then i would capped? My mule wonders for brewing purposes

No, only affected by Mods/Elemental Attack/MAB/Weaponskill DMG+/TP Bonus if applicable (which it is for Aeolian). Subject to Damage Reduction/MDB/Resistance/Absorbtion of Element from mobs.

It's blue drop. Go with Blue and TH if you really want it, and don't expect it with anything less.

Soloed him on NIN/DNC, pretty much any tank + healer should be fine.

Macc + phy potency 5/5 or CA recast
diffusion 1/5, convergence 1/5, 3/5 enchainment. Diffusion comes in handy sometimes.

They don't suck, its just nowadays we have plenty of acc except really high end fights. They will see more use on the new content outside abyssea I will bet.

Because I had them since before Abyssea and macc still useful for head butt/1k needles (which obviously going away soon). Not to mention content coming out soon that will bring us outside of atma/cruor buffs. BA recast is just useless. Only use would be for AOEing but you almost aways have it ready for the next pull...

Just for lulz; popped rumi during blunt, had 14/15 WS's and of course it's the 1/15 black halo lol.

edit: I suck at SC, how can I make level 3 with hexa + mule on thf or nin? shark bite> hexa?
