How's double attack/triple attack traits work w/ KC's occ 2-8 attacks? Like, do the traits proc first and then the weapon can't? Is it worth using gear and /war? (assuming rng/war)

Dont have the pure math, but for past experiments The way ridill / Joytoy / Kc ect ect work is that traits or atma's that add Double / Trip make you double / trip more so the scale of 2-8 is skewed more towrads those 2/3's
Its as simple as everything has to add to 100% if the chances for 2/3/4/5/6/7/8 all scaled appropriately then when you add 15% TA rate your taking 15% away from anything that isnt a triple. so then doubles 4-8's all now have like a 2% less chance to happen. so if you Rng/war DA is 5% brutal 10% + Apoc atma your already sitting at 25% of your attack will be 2 or 3 so then you can only have 75% of your attacks spread from single, or 4-8.
i think someone hasd a chart or solid math for this but im pretty sure this is how it works.
So I was planning to work on Kannagi sometime soon and saw that I needed to kill some T2 VNM's eventually. They weren't in the game when I played, how tough are they? Soloable? Duoable?
Traits check before OAT. Getting more double attack gear/traits will almost always raise your average swings/round for a ridill, but will usually slow your gain with a K.club (single-handing it, at least). If you're asking how to do the math for it, it's fairly simple:
1 + (DA chance) + ((1-DA Chance) * OA2 chance) + ((1-DA chance) * OA3 chance * 2) + ((1-DA chance) * OA4 chance * 3) ... + ((1-DA chance) * OAx chance * (x-1))
Which will give you your average swings/round. Pretty easy to toss together a spreadsheet for so you can play with different numbers and different weapons.

Is there any good information available about how gear scales down when level-synched or level-capped? Or should I just assume if the item is higher than my capped level then it's basically defense only?

Afaik all of the t2 vnms are duoable? I have never had a problem on any of the ronafure, saruta, or bastok ones

Get a chigoe with triple attack and en-petrify
(fastest and easiest set up to do)
if there's an elemental that usually holds the final cage, can do en-light elemental chigoe as well.
( I had en-petrify on main and en-light on mule and whenever my main lost i sent my mules in, then after he won, send my main back in).
A damage down elemental is probably all around the best mob to use, but takes so much work >.<
The Gusta/Pashh are the worst ones. The rest are pretty easily duoable.

I've had some problems with delays lasting longer than I wanted with this (fires after 30sec instead of 20) when running 2 instances, but

"pause 181" accounts for a little lag so SD is up for sure when the macro is up, can experiment if it's needed yourself.

Do chigoes get triple attack? I thought for chigoes you aim for innate attack speed, add your en-whatever and toss on shell/stoneskin so you don't get one shotted by eles? Assuming nobody does pankration on your server (a pretty safe bet) just make any old defensive type mob, it just needs to survive against the randomly generated crap mobs. If an actual player wants to knock your champ off, there is nothing you can do to stop them anyways, everything has a weakness.
Why ppl wants H legs so badly for Ukko's? There are 3 pairs of better legs parts for it Ares's, Ballicus and AF3+2. Which from those 3 are best?
I'm unsure of how Ukko's mods and how attack effects it, but is 5% DA and 15 attack better than 10 str and 5 atk? I would think war has enough natural DA to make them have a decent enough DA rate on WS as is? Double so for Ares' Flanchard which is 6 str and 2% DA.
Yeah innate speed is right, i try and get innate speed, en-petrify blink and stoneskin , should be enough to keep first place forever if its nothing but npcs
