I have been paying FFXI with a prepaid MasterCard for 6 years with no problems and about a month ago I got a new one [last one expired] and POL doesnt pick it up.

Does anyone know if something is changed about this? Its also quite sad that in all these years there has been no additional ways for paying FFXI aside from Visa/MasterCard Credit Card.

Replace Acerbic Sash/Marduk's Crackows with Pythia Sash +1 and Blessed Pumps +1. Acerbic/Marduk's is Enmity-11 but VIT-7 and only MND+3. Even just NQ Pythia and Blessed +1 is Enmity -9 MND+9 Conserve MP+4 and Haste +3%, so you're left with the following.

Enmity -2 vs MND +6(+7) Conserve MP +4(+5) Haste+3%

Definitely worth giving up Enmity -2

Assuming Abyssea, I don't think MND differences really matter, but I suppose. Also, for some reason I didn't notice the -5 on Blessed Pumps +1. Personally, I'll use that with Acerbic Sash. Saves me finding a Pythia, and more Enmity- for me. 'w'

As for the Bliaud, it's been said but you can cap (well, 49%) without it, and the bonus is very noticeable in my experience.

Random question but do 80 level emps have any hidden effects at all, i was playing with my new dagger a couple of days ago an sneak attacked a gigas for 3k then did 2 crits for 600 after that my dmg went back to normal so it kinda got me confused.

I was pretty sure i wasnt gonna bother using the 80 dagger till i finish it off but know i'm curious lol

I’m assuming it depends on what you’re fighting but for a Nin Evasion set, what’s an ideal amount of evasion to shoot for.

Which would be more beneficial, Evasion skill or evasion+

Not saying that it's optimal (because it's not) but you can hit 50% without body by using serpentes set.

The main difference would be enfeebling power vs. bigger/better cures. They are indeed more interchangeable outside abyssea, though, depending on the situation.

Yeah, usually at some point during the maint they'll release full details of update.

yeah the official patch notes, it just seems weird that the last "preview" or anything of any sort was exactly a week ago

Why for Rng using Wildfire is Sylvan neck adding more damage then a 0/25 mp Ugg pend? Yet Forban cape beats sylvan cape.. am I missing something about uggy pend activation? or is the assumed 8mab wrong?
