btw PIT fans crack me up. Staal is your third line center and he's not bad, wtf you so down on him. He'd be a solid second line center on most teams.

All the PIT fans I know have been ranting about how good the team is even without Malkin/Crosby, I am waiting for them to change their tune to out entire team sucks without Malkin/Crosby if they lose.

All the PIT fans I know have been ranting about how good the team is even without Malkin/Crosby, I am waiting for them to change their tune to out entire team sucks without Malkin/Crosby if they lose.

Series would be very different with those two on the ice, for sure, but they're not the whole team. We fucking made it to the playoffs without them. I think having lost Cooke is even more of a concern at this point. The pens PK is hurting badly and the defense is just flustered. And it shows. Fleury can't carry the team himself, I am frustrated at him for some of the stupid goals he's allowed but the D has been terrible in this series. The Pens have pissed away so many leads and basically have gotten lucky a couple times managing to score that last goal and hold off the Bolts. They seem uncomfortable keeping pressure on after they get a lead or something. I don't know what the hell it is.

I sure would love to see Crosby return, but I'm strongly doubting it - and I don't know if he's enough at this point. I'm sure the Pens have their heads all jacked up at this point. And fans are losing faith, too, I've been reading the Facebook posts and a lot of people seem to echo what I'm saying.

I'd be amazed (but extremely pleased) if they take game 7. Not counting them out, but the odds are stacked way against them. Momentum is TB's and the Pens are fail at winning series at home. I hope that the Pens can break out and play like they care on Wednesday. Unfortunately, I have to fucking work ... but I will be biting my nails until I hear the final score. And it's probably better for my heart at this point that I don't watch.
