No, option was to call the actual roughing(Howard hitting Pavelski in the head), but not calling the one that was not roughing as roughing, lol. Typically when one guy does something that isn't a penalty, and another guy does something that is, you're not limited to either calling both for a penalty or calling neither.

Woops, misunderstood. Thought you meant the roughing on Howard was unfair. I agree Pavelski didn't really deserve a Roughing for that, but the Sharks are pretty dickish so I find it hard to be sympathetic.

You're right, horrible officiating is perfectly acceptable.

The reason the Wings lost was because of shit like Stuart being unable to clear and Abdelkader turning a favorable scoring chance into a long PK for no reason other than irresponsibility with his stick, then failing to clear a puck that was at his feet seconds before the OT goal was scored. My comment about Pavelski was a joke about how he was able to single handedly draw a penalty with a dive and then score on the ensuing PP, he pretty much set up the Sharks for their chance to win that game.
