Don't get me wrong, I think they have great def even if Thomas looks lucky on most plays he has to be good because luck alone wouldn't win him all these games. And they have a pretty decent first 2 lines even though they haven't been as productive as in the reg. season.

But the 4th line, really? rofl

Boston 4th line has a better +/- in the postseason than the Philly Briere line.

Sharks never get respect... just cause we have floundered in the playoffs every year doesn't mean we aren't a good team.. go check our regular season records and tell me how terrible we are. 2nd in the West this year, 1st in the West last year, 1st in the NHL the year before that.. Additionally, we now have a goalie with actual experience in the playoffs who can hold his own when he needs to.

Eventually we will get our act together in the playoffs just wait and see.

Sharks took out Detroit last year and we were up on them 3-1 for the season (now 5-1 including the playoffs)


Anyways, Detroit plays phenomenal at home they know that rink inside and out and use the walls to their advantage more than any other team to the best of my knowledge. Getting a chance to really see Datsyuk this series the guy is amazing.

San Jose never gets respect? There one of the top tier teams in the NHL for the past 10 years. Personally i think the Sharks suck in the playoffs. However a lot of writers, pool junkies & analysts always chose San Jose to compete for a cup. So stop complaining about the "lack of respect".
