I literally face planted into my steering wheel after skimming through it on my phone, and getting a look from the rear view mirror of the car in front of me.

I.....I'm just completely flabbergasted (yes, that's a word).

I'm actually cool with not getting a team for next year (hell, been waiting 15 years and counting). I'm just completely shocked that Glendale is willing to literally throw away another $25million and the other NHL owners are willing to reach into their pockets again.

I wonder if Bettman knows the meaning of the word inevitable...

They can't support a team with revenue from an NHL club, there is no way an AHL team could support the arena lease and everything else.
