Losing Weber would be terrible. Such a great player with a viking beard. Mike Fisher was a great addition, but they need more help upfront.

They shouldn't have trouble keeping Weber, he seems to love being there and I don't think he'd try to wrangle more than 5-6m a year out of them. Lombardi should be back up to speed next year, so that'll be another boost up front...but Joel Ward only made $1.5m this year and is going to be a UFA, there's a pretty good chance that someone is going to Sather him with a fat contract that the Preds wouldn't be able to match.
