Everyone I know has their own little recipe. Mine's pretty simple.

Fresh fries cut from fresh spuds.
Fresh chopped green onions.
Cheese curds.
Beef gravy.

If you like, maybe some sliced and fried onions and bits of bacon.

I'll talk later, gotta go grab me some spuds.
