Caps PK is great this year though and their PP is only 2-12, so you could say that either way and the Caps have shown to have one of the best PP in the league when it's clicking.(which it hasn't for quite awhile)

I'm annoyed that the refs have been so inconsistent in the series, not sure how the NYR have gotten 6 more PPs (7 more then the Caps in the last 2 games) I mean, they called 10 total penalties in the first two games and they have called 14 on the Caps in the last two games(7 more against NY). The Refs keep getting mixed up in the plays too, have been hit by more pucks then I have ever seen and several times got caught up with players. Most notably tonight a ref stopped a 2 on 0 for NY by getting in the way.

Well 1-17 is ~5%. Caps PK has been good but no one's PK is 95%.

2/12 is still like 16% which is below average but not terrible or an extreme outlier.

Not to mention our 1 PP goal came on a fluke angle shot from an enigma known as EC.
