Was at a bar for the game last night. I hugged two other men I didn't know when Chimmer scored. Hell of a way to reclaim momentum, guys...

Sadly I was in Orlando and away from televisions/computers all day Sunday so I didn't see any of game 3. From the highlights it looked like the Rangers were on the powerplay the entire fucking game. Between that and the three fluky goals (one disallowed that probably should have counted at the end of the 2nd) I think the Caps did well to keep it close the entire game. Hopefully Knuble will be back on Saturday, I love Chimmer as a 3rd line guy but he did nothing for the 1st line.

The real test will be to close this shit out. New York is going to come out guns a'blazing just to stay in it, Caps really need to match their intensity and not get in another big hole.

Also I love John Carlson. No homo.

Man, I passed the fuck out last night watching the end of the Wings game lol. I remember it still being tied, next thing I know I wake up and it's 1:30 and the game is long over. Anticipation over the meeting today about the future of the Coyotes is high, I can't wait to read the transcripts.

I havent been able to watch anything since I got to Croatia, theres barely any internet anywhere, and the likelyhood any games will get broadcasted is 0.01%. Having said that, Detroit sweeping the Jets was completely unexpected, especially after they made games 1+2 interesting. There better still be playoff hockey in montreal when I get back May 4, cuz game 3 was disastrous from what I saw on highlights.

The beard has been rocking since last day of regular season. Usually I stick it out until elimination however I think this year if/when the Sabres go down 3 I'm converting to the Rally 'Stache Dubinsky style.

In all honesty, even though we are down 3-1, this series has been nothing short of amazing.

IMO the most competitive series so far and it should have been a blowout.
