The artwork also shows the 3 grand company flags on the front and several smaller flags on the background.

I don't want to get all speculative with this game but at least it's pretty clear that private companies are still otw!

"Company related quests" are probably the missions like in XI (Sandy, Windy and Bastok). I wonder what else they've got planned for this.
It's the first time I'm psyched about the game in months, it feels good

I'd at least expect some interesting cutscenes introducing the Company bosses and some good story. Hopeful for nice quest content, but yea its the beginning stages.
