Have you actually played unleashed? I played it on the Wii and after the first few levels it gets tedious the way they set up the game. Not to spoil it too much, but it has npcs you HAVE to talk to before unlocking levels, it's not all that great of a game (Sonic cycle lol)
I played and beat it on 360. I really enjoyed the game. Btw, the Wii version is way different than the 360/PS3 versions.
O ok, does it still have that shit npc system in place on those platforms? because goddamn that was annoying, I stopped playing after the second or third "city"
When I say it's way different I meant levels. I cant say for sure about outside of levels, i've only seen youtube videos of the wii version. The npcs weren't all that much of a problem to me though, but i'm not entirely sure what you mean when you say "shit npc system."
I have a wireless headset in good condition that I paid about $130 for. I dont use it anymore, though. I'd be glad to let it go for $75
Sonic Crapleashed, $9 on Amazon.com, knock yourself out. Framerate is horrible on the PS3 release, especially on night stages.
If you still have your Xbox, I'd too suggest buying it on that lol(unless you want the trophies, but good luck with that)
The Wii version is, by far, the best. Its time attack structure is more enjoyable and more in line with what Sonic is supposed to be, which is not surprising, given that it was developed by DIMPS (who have made the only decent Sonic games in recent years).
The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions can be summarized as "Watch Sonic Do Everything On His Own For You," since you run into a loop, he automatically moves through it, you start grinding on a rail, he automatically maintains speed, and so on, so forth. They're brainless garbage, only worth watching -- ah, I'm sorry, "playing" -- if you want to sit back, enjoy the graphics, and occasionally provide a minimal amount of input.
They're everything that's wrong with the Sonic franchise today.
Regardless, I enjoyed the 360 version. Not saying your opinions aren't valid, but if you arent going to make me an offer to sell it, please don't jack my thread to hate on the game I want to buy.
